Hinamatsuri Cake "Nezuko"
As Hinamatsuri 雛祭り (Girl's day/ Japanese Doll Festival) drew near, we prepared a delicious mousse cake called "Nezuko" to mark this special occasion. It was made in the image of hanami dango 花見団子, a mochi treat colored pink, white, & green commonly eaten while watching the pretty sakura flowers bloom and named after female protagonist Kamado Nezuko
