About Us
Established in 2016 under founder Crystal Angsari, a pastry chef with an extensive culinary background while having studied at Tsuji Culinary Institute (Osaka, Japan) & École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (Yssingeaux, France), Hokkaido Baby started out as a humble bakery that wanted to provide a means for our customers to be able to enjoy franco-japanese desserts not commonly found in Indonesia.
Utilizing premium ingredients and produce to provide our customers with an experience akin to travelling on a culinary adventure within the comforts of their own homes.
As a continuation of our commitment to being both eco- and health-conscious, we are committing to use only cage-free eggs by the end of 2023. We believe in reinventing ingredients for a kinder and sweeter world and by using cage-free eggs in our desserts, we are not only creating healthier desserts for our customers, but also bettering the lives of many hens
